Willa San Remo is a stylish hotel located in the heart of Kudowa-Zdroj, opened in March 2016. Its opening was preceded by several years of extensive renovation and reconstruction, during which the building was insulated and renovated with attention to every detail. Today, our most important goal is to provide guests with a comfortable rest. Bright, spacious interiors, discreet service, excellent cuisine and a great location are our greatest assets.

Before the property on Sloneczna Street came into our hands, it functioned for years under the name "Snow White". However, in the documents we found its original name - Willa San Remo - and decided to return to it. Thus, after several decades, the building at 2 Sloneczna Street again welcomes guests under its historic name.

When we first saw the villa in 2008, it belonged to the Workers' Compensation Holiday Fund, and it seemed that its glory years were gone forever. Nonetheless, from under the peeling paint, the natural beauty of the more than 100-year-old building emerged, which immediately captivated us. We decided to buy it and in 2010, after completing all the formalities, we became the proud owners of this remarkable property.

Over the following years, putting a lot of heart and countless hours of work into the project, we undertook the mission to restore Villa San Remo to its former glory. Every element of the renovation was carefully considered to create a place full of comfort and warm atmosphere, while preserving the spirit of this unique building.

We decorated the corridors and staircase with more than a dozen crystal chandeliers, which illuminate the interiors with thousands of luminous reflections. The dining room was built on the site of a former vegetable warehouse and has two entrances - one year-round, leading through the building, and another, summer, with direct access to the garden.

We are especially proud of the beautiful wooden staircase, which was designed and made on the model of the original, but unfortunately destroyed, which could not be saved.
