§1 SUBJECT MATTER OF THE REGULATIONS
The Regulations set out the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay on the premises of the Hotel Willa San Remo and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a reservation and payment of the reservation fee or the entire amount due for the stay at the Hotel. By performing the aforementioned actions, the Guest confirms that he/she has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.
The Regulations apply to all guests staying at Villa San Remo in Kudowa-Zdrój.
The current price list is an integral part of the regulations.

§2 HOTEL DAY
Rooms in the facility are rented for hotel nights.
Check-in time is from 14:00 to 11:00 the next day.
A request for an extension of a hotel night should be made by the Guest at the reception as soon as possible. The hotel may not grant the request to extend the stay if there are no vacant rooms or in the case of Guests who do not comply with the rules in force.

§3 RESERVATION, CANCELLATION AND CHECK-IN
A reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of the reservation fee, provided that the value of this fee cannot be less than the price of one night. In the case of reservations made through the service booking.com The booking conditions stated in the offer apply.
A receipt issued upon payment of the reservation fee (in the case of a transfer or charge to a credit card), is issued to the Guest on the day of check-in to the Hotel. Failure to pay the reservation fee by the agreed date will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation is possible in accordance with the booking conditions stated on the website willasanremo.pl Or in the email confirming the reservation. In the case of reservations made through the service booking.com The cancellation conditions stated in the offer apply.
In case of non-cancellation of the reservation or in case of the Guest's failure to arrive at the Hotel on the scheduled date, the Hotel reserves the right to retain the entire reservation fee or the fee for the entire stay in accordance with the cancellation terms and conditions. Detailed terms and conditions for reservations and cancellations made through the website willasanremo.pl or by email are given in the "Booking and cancellation conditions" tab or in the booking confirmation email. Guests are required to check in immediately upon arrival. Guests are required to show a current identity document with a photograph (Law of 10.04.1974 on population records and identity cards, Journal of Laws of 2001 No. 87 item 960).
When renting a room, the guest specifies the duration of his stay. In the absence of such specification, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.
The Hotel may refuse to accommodate a Guest who, during the previous stay, grossly violated the Regulations, in particular by causing damage to hotel property or the property of Guests, damage to the Guest, Hotel employees or other persons staying at the Hotel.
The Hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest's card (even after the Guest's departure) for damages caused by the Guest or his visitors or in case of the Guest's failure to pay for accommodation or other services, to which the Guest agrees. In view of the above, the Guest hereby authorizes the Hotel's representative to perform the action of charging the Hotel from the card, according to the valuation of the damage caused or in the amount of the Guest's unpaid payments.
Persons not checked in to the hotel may stay as guests in the hotel room from 10:00-21:00.
In case of cancellation of the Guest's stay during the hotel day, the Hotel will not refund the fee for the given hotel day.
A shortened stay is treated as a cancellation after the cancellation deadline, and therefore involves payment of the bill for the entire declared duration of stay.
The hotel reserves the right to change the booked room to another room if necessary.
Guests may not transfer the room to others, even if the period for which they have paid the fee has not expired.

§4 RESPONSIBILITY OF GUESTS
The hotel guest bears full financial responsibility for any kind of damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices of the hotel, caused by his fault or the fault of his visitors.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel and its immediate surroundings except in designated areas. The entire Hotel is equipped with smoke detectors. The Hotel reserves the right to impose a fine of PLN 3000 on the Guest in case of non-compliance with the ban and to claim reimbursement of the cost of refreshing the room, if any.
In the case of unjustified activation of the fire protection or alarm system through the fault of the Guest, a fine of PLN 3,000 will be imposed on the Guest, as well as the total cost of any intervention by the fire department.
Children under the age of 12 should be in the hotel premises under the constant supervision of legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by children.
Damage caused by animals is the responsibility of their owner or guardian.
Guests should notify the Reception of the damage as soon as it is discovered.
Each time a Guest leaves a room, for safety reasons, he should turn off the taps, close the doors and windows.
The hotel has a statutory right of lien on the items brought by the guest to the hotel in case of delay in payment for the stay or failure to pay for the services provided.
Due to the requirements of fire protection and general safety in the rooms it is not allowed to use heaters, microwave ovens, tourist refrigerators, heaters, air conditioners, gas appliances, instruments and apparatuses powered by electricity, which are not permanent equipment of the room. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for audiovisual and computer devices.
In case of violation of the provisions of the Regulations, the Hotel may refuse to provide services to the offending person. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the demands of the Hotel, pay for the services rendered so far, pay for any damages and leave the Hotel.

§5 HOTEL LIABILITY
The Hotel does not provide information about the personal data of Guests to outsiders.
The hotel is obliged to provide conditions for full rest of the Guest.
If the Guest reports defects in the room, the Hotel is obliged, to the best of its ability, to offer another room or otherwise alleviate the inconvenience.
The hotel is not responsible for loss of or damage to items brought onto the hotel premises by Guests.
The Hotel is not responsible for damage and loss of the car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, items left in it and live animals, regardless of whether the vehicles were parked in the hotel parking lot or outside the Hotel premises.

§6 RETURN OF ITEMS LEFT BEHIND
Personal belongings left in the hotel room by the departing Guest will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest at the Guest's expense.
If no such disposition is received, the items will be stored for a period of 3 months and then donated to charity or for public use. Food items and medicines will not be stored.

§7 NIGHTQUIET
Silence at night applies from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. This also applies to common areas such as the Club and Sauna.

§8 MEALS
Meals are eaten in the dining room, at set times.
It is categorically forbidden to take food out of the dining room.
The dining room is available to guests only during the serving of meals. It is possible to rent the room for organized groups (training, team building or family meetings) - prior written confirmation from the facility is required.

§9 COMPLAINTS
Guests have the right to file complaints if they notice deficiencies in the quality of services.
Complaints should be filed immediately after they are noticed.

§10 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
For the safety of guests, the Villa San Remo property is monitored.
Receiving a key and room card, the guest becomes the host of the room.
Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the hotel rooms and common areas of the hotel with their furnishings, except for minor rearrangement of furniture and equipment, not affecting their functionality and safety of use. 
After the end of the stay, the guest is required to leave the key and card at the reception. For a lost card or key, a fee of 1000 PLN will be charged.
On request, the room can be cleaned (for stays longer than 4 nights).
A public Club (including billiards, foosball, library, sauna) has been prepared for guests' use. The San Remo Club has the same rules as the rest of the hotel - silence at night and a total ban on smoking.
The hotel accepts the presence of pets. Pets are allowed on the hotel premises for an additional fee. The number of places is limited, and the stay with an animal must be confirmed in writing by the facility. The owner of the animal is obliged to take care of it in such a way that it does not pose a threat to other Guests and staff and does not disturb their rest. Guests are required to remove any waste left by the animal on the Hotel premises.
Parking of vehicles is allowed only in the area designated for this purpose. The hotel offers parking for its guests, which is located in front of the building. Parking is free of charge and unguarded. We do not guarantee parking spaces for all guests of the Hotel.
Hazardous cargo - weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illuminating materials - may not be stored in hotel rooms.
Canvassing and door-to-door sales are prohibited in the Hotel.
It is forbidden to make excessive noise on the premises of the Hotel, to cause unpleasant odors, or any other activity that disturbs, harms or annoys other guests of the Hotel.
Please do not take towels, blankets and other equipment out of the room.
Guests are required to pay a tourist tax paid to the city on their behalf by the facility.
